Is approval instant?No — after payment, an admin approves your group membership by hand, usually within hours. There is no automated Facebook connection, and we never claim one.
How often can I post?Advertising posts: up to 2 a week on Azur, up to 1 a day on VIP (fair use — no abuse). Your other posts follow the normal group rules. We recommend posting less: Facebook's anti-spam systems can limit frequent posters, which is outside our control.
Can I recover the VAT?Yes. This is a B2B subscription with compliant French invoices (SIRET, VAT) — the 20% VAT is recoverable, which is why we lead with the HT price.
Do I have to pay to use the platform?No — membership is free. You pay only if you advertise a business.
